Family Mystic / Flying Caravan

Family Mystic is more than just a band; they are a transformative experience that redefines healing through song, dance, and  emotional connection. Based out of Portland, OR, this collective of four visionary songwriters  blends elements of classic funk/soul, 60’s/70’s  psychedelia, a splash of progressive jazz fusion, with angelic four-part vocal harmonies, innovating a genre-defying experience that calls listeners into the heart of being human through the sanctity and celebration of music.

​Marcelo’s distinctive guitar riffs create a container of solace and joy, paired with Ian Love’s ethereal falsetto that stirs a deep well of emotions. The rhythmic foundation is anchored by brothers Matthew and Tommy Serino, whose life-long bond energizes every performance. The result of these brothers thoughtfully expressing their craft with aligned intentions, invites listeners to feel belonging in the music itself.
